Blueprint for Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast

The Blueprint serves as a comprehensive outline for the process of forming the newly realigned council. This “blueprint” gives direction for delivery systems and programs, the volunteer system, finance and funding, the governing structure, and the democratic process by which decisions are made.
