Cancellation, credit, and refund policies are dependent on the property rented.  Select the property you are interested in to view the particular policies for that area:

The cancellation, credit, and refund policies below relate to the following properties only:  

• Camp Silverbrook
• Camp Alice Chester
• Camp Pottawatomie Hills resident camp

Program Events: 15 working days, by written notice only.
Resident and Day Camp:  Refunds are:

• Day Camp:  Cost of camp minus the $25 deposit if for medical reasons, summer school, a death or critical illness, or if the family moves out of the area.  Phone call is acceptable in these circumstances.
• Resident Camp:  Cost of camp minus $50 deposit if for medical reasons, summer school, a death or critical illness, or if the family moves out of the area.   Phone call is acceptable in these circumstances.

If you need to cancel a reservation, or part of a reservation, you must notify the property associate at the Milwaukee Service Center in writing as soon as possible.
