Staff

Our Staff

Every summer, 50+ seasonal staff members come together at Camp Alice Chester to create a wonderful summer experience for our campers. Each staff member works hard to serve as a role model and to make a positive impact on each of our campers everyday. Our seasonal staff is carefully selected on the basis of their experience, education, training, leadership ability and interpersonal skills. Each staff member is trained in preparation for the arrival of campers. Staff are trained in CPR, First Aid and AED. Cabin counselors are 18 years of age or older and many of our staff members have grown up at Camp Alice Chester.

Many of our counselors and the assistant director also staff Camp iGirl, providing trained and experienced staff ready to make the girls feel welcome and energized for an amazing week at Alverno College.
