Camp is a great place to continue your leadership journey. If you are a girl entering grades 8-9, you can register to be a Program Aide (PA) at camp. PAs are camp mentors to younger campers and assist adults in facilitating activities and/or working with units of girls.
Girls wishing to be a PA need to attend PA Core Training and their camp specific training, Camp specific training is needed for all girls wishing to be PAs at camp this summer, even if you were a PA last year.
For girls entering grades 10-12, we offer Counselor-in-Training (CIT). This is the next step in building your leadership skills. As a CIT, you will lead activities or a unit with an adult mentor. Girls wishing to be CITs need to attend CIT training and camp specific training. Camp Specific training is needed even if you were a CIT last year.
Training for PAs and CITs is required and will be Friday, May 30, 6:30 p.m.-Saturday, May 31, noon at Silverbrook. If you cannot attend training, please contact Kelly Ireland at firstname.lastname@example.org
for alternative training.
