To book a camp facility for a Nonprofit community group:

  1. Review the Site Rental Availability calendar for current openings.  Please note that nonprofit community groups can only reserve sites up to four months in advance.
  2. Complete and submit the Site Rental Interest form to verify that the site is still available. You will receive an e-mail response that will verify if the date and site will be held for you troop.
  3. Once you get an e-mail verification that the site is held for you, you will need to submit a completed Site Rental Reservation Form, along with full payment and a copy of the group's 501 (c) (3), within one week of receiving your verificaiton e-mail.   4. Once reservation form and full payment are received, a camp contract and confirmation packet will be sent to the contact person. The confirmation packet will include a confirmation letter, camp map, directions to the camp, and other related information.
  5. The camp contract must be signed and returned with First Aid/CPR certification and certificate of insurance at least 30 days prior to your camp date. 

Site Rental Cancelation Policy  
All cancelations need to be received in writing five weeks prior to the reservation date to receive a refund. Troops need to call 414-443-3939 to cancel a date and follow up with a written request for a refund. All but $10.00 will be refunded. No refunds will be given if the cancelation is less than five weeks prior to the rental date.

Severe Weather Cancelation
Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast reserves the right to close a camp or site if the weather is too severe or if there is a major equipment failure. If the council closes a camp or site, troops may reschedule or receive a full refund. Troops will be contacted by the site manager once a decision is made to close a camp for safety reasons.
