Cookie Share Cookie Share, previously known as Gift of Caring, is an opportunity for girls and their customers to help others in their community. With the Cookie Share option, girls ask customers to purchase additional boxes of cookies that their troop will donate to a local charitable organization of their choice. This activity, which is growing nationally, helps girls remember that community service is a cornerstone of the Girl Scout program. It demonstrates to our communities that Girl Scouts is so much more than “cookies, camping and crafts.” Find out which organization your daughter’s troop has chosen for the troop’s cookie donation. Cookie Share thank you notes are available on the council’s website for girls to give to customers who purchase cookies for a charity.
