Parents and troop leaders are encouraged to attend a brief engagement session at the beginning of the event.
The session, including lunch, is presented and sponsored by Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC) and Leeward Business Advisors.
Deadline to register is 7 days prior to event, late registrations will not be accepted.
Event confirmation available for the registrant in MyGS>Member Profile>My Activities at least two weeks prior to the event, please share with the participants you register.
Cancellations received four weeks prior to the event can be transferred to a future event at the time of cancellation, or a member may request a credit to the appropriate account. Credits must be used for events happening prior to September 1, 2018.
Cancellations received between one week (two weeks for overnight events) and four weeks prior to the event will be credited the event fee, minus a $5 processing fee for each registered member. Credits must be used for events happening prior to September 1, 2018. No transfers can take place during this time period.
If the event is cancelled by the council, full refunds will be issued.
Refunds should be received within two weeks.
