Every registered Girl Scout is covered by a basic accident insurance plan. The plan is designed to help pay medical expenses if an accident occurs during a supervised Girl Scout activity. An Accident and Incident report must be submitted to the council within 24 hours of an event. A council representative will work with families to facilitate an insurance claim.

Plan 2 additional insurance is available for non-registered Girl Scouts who are participating in an age-appropriate Girl Scout activity. Different insurance plans will be required if your troop is going on a trip for three or more nights. Contact more information and details.
