Program Description: Just one hour north of Milwaukee nestled on 357 acres of beautiful Kettle Moraine Forest surrounding Little Elkhart Lake. The Broken Circle-A Ranch, with its stable of 45 horses, offers trail rides. Led by a minimum of one experienced Anokijig wrangler for every four riders, rides are offered May through November by appointment. Group lessons are available to help complete patch and badge requirements.

Other Information: Anokijig is a full-service camp offering many additional opportunities for a troop outing. Picnic areas, meals, crafts, archery, boating, or even a trip around the lake in 34’ Voyager canoes (seating up to 20) are all possibilities. Horse drawn hayrides are also available. Contact the camp office for more information on developing a great outing.

Program Description: We have Girl Scout discounts; check our web site! Guided trails go out every hour on the hour for a beautiful scenic walking trail. We keep our wrangler to rider ratios low with one experienced guide to every five riders.

Other Information: Join us for a day in the country! We share property with a large indoor waterpark to add to your day or create a whole weekend of Lake Geneva fun. We also provide kayaking down a lazy river, free petting zoo, hay rides, bon fires, picnic areas, carriage rides, and sleigh rides in winter. October is the haunted hayride and corn maze. Earlier rides for younger kids.

Program Description: Located less than an hour northwest of Milwaukee on over 100 acres of private property near scenic Holy Hill. We can serve special needs riders. We have many horses and ponies with huge selection of saddles, helmets, and boots for riders' safety and comfort. Riders learn from the ground up and have the opportunity to groom and tack. Individualized instruction in our new indoor ring before we proceed onto one of several different trails. Tree lined bridle paths passes a pond and chance to see dairy cows and lots of wildlife. Customized program lasts about two hours.

Other Information: Discount for Girl Scout groups. Equestrian program managed by experienced rider with Masters degree in Education. Facility includes picnic tables and large indoor party room. See web site for more information. Bring a lunch or we can serve pizza. Girls can do anything!

Program Description: Opens daily at 9:00 a.m. Rides scheduled on the hour. The ride is a guided 50-minute activity. They will undertake pre-ride instruction. A clinic time is offered for badge work and a campfire can be added at no charge. Ranch personnel will personalize the ride for your skill level.

Other Information: Hay/sleigh rides, picnic, and campfire areas. Additional/advanced riding lessons can be arranged which can be applied to other earned awards. Safety ratio: one staff member for every five riders.

Program Description: Located 20 minutes north of Milwaukee (3 miles off of I 43), Flying S. Ranch provides fun and structured riding programs enabling girls to earn their scouting awards.  Girls will get hands on experience in many aspect s of horsemanship including saddling, grooming, feeding, handling, general healthcare, and of course riding!  Placed in groups of 4-5 girls, each group will rotate through a series of activities all including interaction with horses. 

Other Information: Flying S. Ranch is a year round facility providing riding lesson programs to students ages 7 to adulthood.  Summer day camps including the general public are held June through August.  Girl Scout events include a hay wagon ride at no additional cost.

Program Description: There are 46 acres of private land with trails to accommodate up to 12 riders at a time. Girl Scout Badge clinics,overnight horsemanship clinics for groups and individuals, riding lessons (Western and English), and hour-long guided trail rides are provided. Our professional staff is flexible and will adapt to your group’s needs.

Other Information: Canoeing, kayaking, lake property for fishing and swimming, hiking, air soft target range, archery target range, professional nine-hole disc golf course, and four big ball fields (including a soccer field and a baseball field with a dugout) are also available. Cabins, tepees, and camping sites are available for overnights.

Program Description: Offering extended overnight horse camping on 133,000 acres of Clark County Forest to ride on wonderful, gentle horses. All meals, tents, camping gear, and horse included. All horseback adventures can be custom built to suit your needs.

Other Information: Mouth-watering steak dinners with all the fixins, cowboy breakfasts, scrumptious desserts, cozy, log-sided sleeping cabins, crackling campfires, wildlife sightings including deer, turkey, and more!
