Families requesting financial assistance, or preferring to pay with a check or cash should fill out a paper registraton form.
A list of the current registration forms is below. Sign the form and include the member's troop and racial/ethnic information.
Troops may still submit paper registration forms, along with a completed Membership Registration Summary each time a registration is submitted.
Registrations may be turned it at a local Service Center, to a membership manager or mailed directly to:

Donations should be indicated in the financial section of the registration summary. Write one troop check payable to Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast (minus any financial assistance requests and credit card contributions). The check should include donations.
An Annual troop cash report should be submitted when registering your troop for the upcoming membership year, or by June 13, 2013.
