How to Register

 Registration is now open!
 
  • ‚ÄčOnline registration (available in February 2016)
    • Click Here to register online.
    • Sessions that are full will be marked accordingly.
    • Pay full payment with credit/debit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover).
    • Adults volunteering for camp must register online and complete the online Application and Background Check.
    • Registration for camp programs take 10-15 minutes. Within one week of registration you will receive an email to finish the health histories and background information in Camp Doc. This must be completed by the due date in the email.
    • Registrations are compatiable with all web browsers and mobile devices.
 
  • Paper registrations: 
    • Paper registrations take 3-5 days to process. Online registration is preferred.
    • Complete the Camp Registration and Health History forms.
    • Pay full payment with a credit/debit card, cash or check.
    • Mail or bring forms to any council resource center.

  • Financial Assistance is available for various levels of need to help help families meet the cost of sending their girl to camp and events. See the Summer Camp Financial Assistance form. Financial assistance if funded by gifts to Girl Scouts and proceeds from the Girl Scout Cookie Program Activity. One resident camp, one day camp, and one event per season will be considered for financial assistance per girl.

PACs (Program Activity Credits)

  • PACs earned through the Girl Scout Cookie Program Activity or Fall Nut Sale can reduce the cost for the girl who earned the PAC to attend camp or an event.
  • If you register online, email the 12 digit card #, girl name, camp session, and the PAC amount to be applied to registration@gswise.org You will need to pay the deposit for camp to complete your registration. If your PACs cover your deposit amount, you will be reimbursed that amount once your registration is processed and we receive your PAC#.
Camp Discount
  • By registering and paying for Camp Alice Chester, Camp Silverbrook and Camp iGirl  by Wednesday, May 11, you are saving $25! Check the individual Day Camps by Community  for the discount end date for each camp. 
  • When you register online, this discount is already applied.
Refunds/cancelations
  • Camp: Refunds, minus $50 nonrefundable deposit for resident camp or $25 nonrefundable deposit for day camp, are available for cancelations received six weeks prior to the session start date.
  • Within the six weeks, refunds, minus the nonrefundable deposit, will be issued for medical reasons, summer school, a death or critical illness in the immediate family, or if the family moves out of state.
  • If your girl needs to change camp sessions there is a $25 fee after the first session change.  
  • Events: Fees can be transferred to another event if notification is received at least two weeks prior to the event (one transfer only).
  • Full refunds are issued if your girl cannot be placed in the session of her choice.

Confirmations

  • Confirmations will be sent to your email address (if provided) or by mail, upon request.
  • Confirmation for camp will include:
    • Family guide with a packing list
    • Additional forms and information
    • Directions to camp
