Please use this form to redeem your Program Activity Credit (PAC) towards GSWISE Council Events, GSWISE Camps, Renewal of your GSUSA Membership Fee, or Girl Scout Destinations and other council-sponsored trips. Use a separate form for each item you would like to redeem your PAC towards. Don't forget - you can also use your PAC at any of our Resource Centers for Girl Scout merchandise.

***To encourage Girl Scout to venture out on Girl Scout Destinations or council-sponsored trips, Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast allows them to save PACs and use them to help pay for their trip. As a special incentive, GSWISE will add 5% to the total saved when the PAC amount is redeemed!****
Girl Scout Destinations trips are national and international trips sponsored by Girl Scouts of the USA. *Council-sponsored trips are located mostly internationally and sponsored by GSWISE.
The Rules for saved PAC amounts: • Must be used on a Girl Scout Destination or council-sponsored trip • Are not transferrable • Cannot be redeemed for cash • Must be used by September 30, the year of high school graduation • Will be forfeited if not used
