As part of our fiduciary responsibilities to our membership and to maintain our status as a nonprofit organization, we are required to track all monies. Annual Troop Cash Reports need to be completed online by June 15th each year.

DETAILS RELATED TO SPECIFIC INCOME AND EXPENSES
Each troop needs to establish its own checking account. All troop account signers must be currently registered Girl Scout members who have passed their background check. Each account NEEDS two signers. The second signer must be a non-related, registered adult member not living in the same household as the first signer.
