What Girls Can Do > Go Red Patch Program

Girl Scouts Go Red

To help girls learn to make healthier choices and empower the women they love to do the same, GSWISE, American Heart Association, and ProHealth Care have teamed up to create the Girl Scouts Go Red patch program.

Girl Scout Go Red Patch Program
Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast in partnership with the American Heart Association and ProHealth Care will soon launch the Go Red Girl Scouts patch program. The goal is to help girls learn to make healthier choices and empower the women they love to do the same.
The program springs from Girl Scouts healthy living focus and ProHealth Care’s Heart & Vascular Services partnership with the American Heart Association to bring the national Go Red for Women campaign to the local level and help young women develop healthy habits.
The program’s curriculum includes activities focused on heart education, nutrition, fitness, family involvement and service to others.

If you are a troop leader interested in helping your girls earn the Go Red Girl Scouts patch, the resources will be available to download beginning Feb. 22 at ProHealthCare.org/GirlScoutsGoRed.
