Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast Media Girls Program
Do you like telling stories? Are you interested in being a reporter, a journalist, a photographer, a videographer, or a social media manager? If so, you're invited to join GSWISE's Media Girls Squad!
Open to Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors, these Girl Scouts will be the official faces and voices of our council. Media Girls receive special, hands-on training from GSWISE and local industry experts on all forms of communications and media and will have the opportunity to share our stories with the Girl Scout community and the world. You'll get to learn so many new things, including how to use your voice to Take Action - and you'll get to show off your skills throughout the year!
Media Girls will have the chance to:
- Interview with the media and attend press events
- Speak about the Girl Scout experience at local events
- Capture photos and videos for GSWISE's social media pages
- Explore interests in photography, design, writing, and videography
- Participate in special council advertising campaigns
