Looking for a unique leadership experience? Be the voice of Girl Scouts as you help Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast make strategic decisions about the organization in order to fulfill our long-term mission. Each year, GSWISE accepts applications for the position of Girl Scout board member to serve on the Board of Directors for a one year term with full voting privileges beginning with the spring Annual Meeting. Up to two Girl Scout board members are elected annually to attend 4–6 board meetings to discuss and vote on matters that affect GSWISE. They work alongside the Chief Executive Officer and other adult board members who are community and business leaders in our jurisdiction. You must be a registered Girl Scout, high school sophomore or above, and 14 years old or older by the time the term begins in October.
Applications are open through Monday, May 20, 2024!
