Join GSWISE and Versiti Blood Center of Wisconsin's Women Leaders and Researchers to honor International Day of Women and Girls in Science and recognize the vital role and contributions women and girls make in science. Girl Scouts attending this event will be divided by age groups (Grades K-5 and Grades 6-12) for tailored programming at each level. Grades K-5 will 'build' a blood cell by making a trail mix; grades 6-12 will participate in a panel discussion with young professionals to unpack STEM careers with Versiti. Girl Scouts will receive a girls in science fun patch.
Chaperones must register for the event and accompany girls during this event.
