Join us at the Waukesha County Airport -- where curious minds and future aviators will explore the exciting world of aviation like never before! Get an exclusive look inside the control tower to observe how the tower communicates with pilots on the ground and in the air. Explore aviation as a hobby, meet pilots, climb in aircraft, and learn how to pre-flight an aircraft. Join the Commemorative Air Force on the ramp to learn about the forces of flight, what it takes to be a pilot, and climb in some aircraft to get a feel for the controls. Work with experts from SkyCom and explore their avionics lab and practice your radio communication.
Chaperones must register for the event and accompany girls during this event.
