Girl Scouts will learn about the history of Harley-Davidson and women
riders
while using their imaginations to become someone like
Avis and Effie Hotchkiss,
Bessie Stringfield, or Dot
Robinson-all Harley-Davidson enthusiasts!
Girl Scouts will use
the new exhibit, This is Me, for inspiration as they sketch
and
create an outfit that is perfect for any rider and also have the
opportunity
to learn about popular influences from throughout
history to help create
some old-fashioned fun for the entire
group! As the Girl Scouts travel
through history they will earn
the Playing the Past Badge.
This event is held at the Harley-Davidson Museum. This Community Event Provider requires an adult to register and attend the event with their Girl Scout.
